Try the dispatch automation my shop runs on
Type a job the way a dispatcher would say it out loud. Watch it turn into a booking. In my company this exact step creates the client, the job and the calendar slot in ServiceM8 — no forms, no app.
This is live, not a video. It’s the same parsing step from the automation that books jobs in my appliance repair company in Tampa. The only difference: here it shows you the result instead of writing it to a calendar.

What happens in my shop after this step
- The parsed fields go to ServiceM8 through its API: find or create the client, create the job with the appliance category, attach the contact, put the appointment on the technician’s calendar.
- The dispatcher gets a reply in the same Telegram chat with the job number. If something was missing — no address, no time — she gets told exactly what, and nothing is booked.
- Every job carries the source (which number rang, or which property manager sent it), so I can see revenue by source without a spreadsheet.
It has run in production since I built it, with zero errors, on Make.com’s free tier. The credit counts are public here.
Want this in your shop?
The same intake step is the brain behind the phone product I install: the AI answers the call, extracts the same fields, and books the same way. Here’s what I install and what it costs. If you’re a Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz or ServiceM8 shop, it works with what you already have.
Privacy: what you type here is parsed and shown back to you. It is not stored, not sent to a CRM, and I don’t see it. Don’t paste real customer details — the examples are made up.
